How to prepare your live yogurt

Heat milk
Boil 1L (33.8oz). If pasteurized, heat to 43–45°C (109–113°F).

Add sachet
Pour in 1 sachet. Stir 3–4 mins to distribute bacteria evenly.

Ferment 7–8h
Yogurt maker at 42–43°C OR wrap in blanket for 7–8 hours.

Refrigerate
Cool at 8–10°C (46–50°F) for 6–7 hours to set.
Enjoy!
Serve plain or with fruit, oats & honey.
