Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pambiotic website and your purchase of products from ARFA ES LTD ("Pambiotic", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

We take every care to describe our products accurately. Product images are representative — slight variations in packaging appearance may occur between batches. All weights, dimensions, and quantities are approximate and subject to normal manufacturing tolerances.

Our starter cultures are food products with a 24-month shelf life and are shelf-stable when stored below 20°C. We do not make medical or therapeutic claims. References to probiotic cultures and CFU counts are factual statements about product composition and are not intended as health claims under EU Regulation 1924/2006 or equivalent legislation.

All prices are displayed in the currency of your selected market (USD for the US, GBP for the UK, EUR for the EU). Prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT or sales tax where required by law. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is taken.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price displayed at the time you complete your order is the price you pay — price changes after order confirmation do not affect confirmed orders.

Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay. We do not store your full card details — all payment data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract between you and ARFA ES LTD is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:

• A product is out of stock or unavailable
• There is an obvious error in pricing or product description
• We suspect fraudulent activity
• We are unable to ship to your location

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund within 5 business days.

We ship from Sofia, Bulgaria (EU). Estimated delivery times are a guide only and are not guaranteed: US 14–21 business days, UK 7–10 business days, EU 5–7 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, postal services, force majeure events, or factors outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery. If a shipment is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at pambiotic@arfa7.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. Merchant note: confirm current carrier transit times and any duty-paid arrangements before publishing.

Our subscription service is powered by Recharge Payments. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen frequency (every 4 or 8 weeks) until you cancel.

• You will receive a reminder email at least 7 days before each renewal charge
• You may pause, skip, or cancel at any time through your Recharge customer portal, with effect from the next billing cycle
• Cancellations made after a charge has processed take effect at the end of that billing period — we will not refund charges already processed except in cases of error
• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (EU Directive 2011/83/EU). If you are a UK consumer, the same right applies under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at pambiotic@arfa7.com within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and intention to withdraw. We will provide return instructions and issue a refund within 14 days of receiving your notification (or the returned goods, if applicable).

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, product photography, and brand assets — is the property of ARFA ES LTD or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARFA ES LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or Site. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable EU law. For EU and UK consumers, you also retain the protection of the mandatory consumer law provisions of your country of residence.

We are committed to resolving disputes amicably. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at pambiotic@arfa7.com. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. UK consumers may contact the UK European Consumer Centre.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered customers of material changes by email. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
