All orders ship from our facility in **Bulgaria (EU)**.
**Processing time**
Orders are processed within **1–3 business days**. You'll receive a confirmation and tracking link once your order ships.
**Delivery estimates** (after dispatch)

- 🇬🇧 **United Kingdom:** 7–10 business days
- 🇪🇺 **European Union:** 5–7 business days

**Storage & handling**
Our starter cultures are **shelf-stable** — no refrigeration or cold chain required. Keep dry and below **20°C (68°F)**. Shelf life is up to **24 months** from production.
**Customs, duties & taxes**
For shipments outside the EU (e.g. US, UK), **import duties or taxes may apply** depending on your country's regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.
**Tracking & lost parcels**
Track your order via the link in your shipping email. If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, contact **pambiotic@arfa7.com** and we'll help resolve it.
**Wrong address**
